Porcelain Veneers

Veneers can be used to completely transform a smile into a work of art. These thin porcelain shells are carefully crafted by professional lab technicians to look completely natural and lifelike. We can use veneers to conceal esthetic flaws like chips, cracks, unusually shaped teeth, or discolorations. We can also make short teeth look longer, close gaps, and even help misaligned teeth look straight!

Veneers usually require two appointments for placement. At the first appointment, we’ll prepare your teeth, take photos and impressions, and place temporary veneers. The temporary veneers both protect the prepared teeth and allow you to take your veneers for a “test run.”

We’ll send our detailed instructions and other necessary information to the lab that will be crafting your veneers. When the veneers come back from the lab, we’ll call you back to our office so that we can remove the temporary veneers and bond your permanent veneers into place.

Composite Bonding

Composite bonding can solve many of the same cosmetic flaws as veneers. This highly affordable cosmetic treatment can often be completed in a single office visit. Using the same tooth-colored material we use to create fillings, we can fill in chips, conceal areas of discoloration, and camouflage other common concerns.

Unlike veneers, which usually require us to remove a layer of enamel, composite bonding only requires light etching and conditioning of the tooth surface to help the material bond. We will take the time to carefully match the shade of the composite for a natural, flawless appearance. Once the bonding has been placed, we will shape and polish it so that it blends in beautifully with your enamel.
